I reached out to Billy in an effort to seek guidance and support from a trained professional. In addition to Billy’s great work ethic, he is also skilled at nutrition and diet plans. A custom-made diet plan was constructed with detail and examples in the plan. Billy did a fantastic job creating the plan to fit my lifestyle, but made it simple to follow and understand. All my macronutrients were broken down and established, and Billy provided meal plans and a grocery list.
I had weekly check-ins and work out plans created. The workout plans were also very simple and detailed. Billy worked one on one with me every step of the way to ensure maximum results were produced. When I felt like giving up in the middle of a set, or didn’t want to eat a meal that didn’t seem appetizing, I was pushed past the point to generate results that would change my life. Billy has a positive attitude, and is empathizing with his clients. He does not intimidate in any way. I lost a total of 30 pounds so far since March and continue to strive for greatness. My waist size has gone down 4 inches. I feel better, I can breathe again, I have a smile on, and my determination is limitless. With Billy’s help and encouragement, I thank him. Due to my busy schedule, fitness wasn’t part of my daily routine. I met William through my wife a couple of months ago. I started working out sporadically twice a week. After some sessions, I noticed that William’s technique was helping me to feel more productive during the day. I woke up at 6 am, and go to the gym from 10:00 am to 10:30 am.
